Fiecare persoana functioneaza in mod diferit si depinde de fiecare dintre voi sa gaseasca ritmul nutritional potrivit organismului. Un mic dejun bogat in vitamine pentru incarcarea organismului, o cina pentru regasirea serenitatii\u2026descopera crononutritia.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ce este crononutritia?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Crononutritia se deruleaza de-a lungul intregii zile. Fara sa fie o dieta in adevaratul sens al cuvantului, crononutritia este mai degraba un mod de viata care iti va regla organismul si va evita stocarea grasimilor.<\/p>\n<p>In cursul aceleiasi zi, daca se intampla sa fim mai eficienti intr-un anumit moment, acest lucru se datoreaza faimosului ceas intern. In termeni stiintifici acest lucru poarta denumirea de nucleu suprachiasmatic, o grupare de neuroni situati la nivelul creierului, in spatele ochilor. In aceasta zona minuscula se petrece totul. Aceasta zona comanda ritmul corpului. De acest ceas principal depind si alte lucruri aflate in stransa legatura cu temperatura si secretiile hormonale.<\/p>\n<p><b>Principiile crononutritiei<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Absolut toate alimentele pot sa fie benefice cu conditia sa le consumam in functie de ceasul biologic al organismului. Pentru a fi cat mai tonici si mai sanatosi trebuie sa ne obisnuim cu principiile acestei metode de slabit si anume crononutritia:<\/p>\n<p>Dimineata putem manca mai gras \u2013 oua, paine integrala si branza.<\/p>\n<p>La pranz se pot consuma alimente mai greu de digerat precum carnea si produsele din amidon.<\/p>\n<p>La gustare putem consuma fructe si un patratel de ciocolata.<\/p>\n<p>La cina trebuie sa consumam alimente lejere precum pestele sau legumele.<\/p>\n<p>Pe scurt, cu ajutorul crononutritiei ne vom forma o conduita alimentara sanatoasa, bazata pe un mic dejun nutritiv, un pranz mai copios cu alimente care necesita mai mult timp de digerare si o cina lejera.<\/p>\n<p>Cu ajutorul crononutritiei invatam sa ne hranim in mod corespunzator fara sa avem probleme digestive si respectand momentele ideale in care putem consuma anumite alimente. Exista in acest sens alimente diurne si alimente nocturne. Alimentele diurne sunt cele care trebuie sa le consumam dimineata pentru a ne conferi energie: cartofi, fasole, mazare, portocale, rosii, capsuni, afine, carne, portocale.<\/p>\n<p>Alimentele nocturne sunt cele recomandate pentru a fi consumate seara deoarece sunt mai usor digerabile: conopida, andive, ridichi, peste, moluste, banane, nuci.<\/p>\n<p>La micul dejun vei consuma orice tip de branzeturi, paine integrala, iaurturi, oua, carne de pasare, sucuri de fructe.<\/p>\n<p>La pranz cartofi preparati in diferite moduri, orez cu legume, carne la gratar sau la cuptor, supe, ciorbe, salate de legume.<\/p>\n<p>La gustare poti consuma fructe sau iaurturi.<\/p>\n<p>La cina consuma legume, fructe de mare, peste in sos.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<div id=\"themify_builder_content-770\" data-postid=\"770\" class=\"themify_builder_content themify_builder_content-770 themify_builder themify_builder_front\">\n\n\t<\/div>\n<!-- \/themify_builder_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De dimineata pana seara corpul nostru functioneaza asemenea unui ceas, greutatea noastra si energia noastra depinzand de acest lucru.
