Chiar daca musli a devenit cunoscut destul de recent, nu este un produs nou, acesta fiind folosit in Elvetia de mai bine de un secol. In principal, musli este compus din fulgi de cereale. La inceput, musli era compus aproape in totalitate din fulgi de ovaz. Insa, de-a lungul anilor, reteta s-a imbogatit si cu alte cereale: porumb, grau, secara, orz.<\/p>\n<p>Particularitatea fulgilor de musli consta in modul de obtinere al acestora. Fulgii de musli sunt obtinuti din bobul integral de cereala \u2013 este indepartat doar stratul fibros, dur, exterior. Acesta este presat pentru a capata o forma cunoscuta de consumatori dupa care este prajit sau oparit. Datorita acestor ultime proceduri, amidonul este adus intr-o forma digerabila, enzimele care ar putea produce alterarea in timp sunt inactivate. Drept urmare, bobul de cereala isi va mentine vitaminele din grupa B intregi dar si fibrele, tocoferolul, cu alte cuvinte toti nutrientii de care omul modern are nevoie.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">La musli-ul comercializat in magazinele noastre se adauga miere, pudra de lapte, zahar, sirop de fructoza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\"><a title=\"musli cu fructe pirifan\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pirifan.ro\/produse-pirifan\/cereale-pisate-si-musli\/\">Musli cu fructe este un deliciu<\/a> 100% sanatos<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pentru un plus de fibre si de antioxidanti, pentru a conferi un gust mai placut musli-ului poti adauga fructe uscate. Cele mai folosite in acest sens sunt bananele, prunele, caisele si stafidele. Acestea au rolul de a indulci in mod natural amestecul fara sa mai fie nevoie sa se adauge cantitati mari de zahar pentru a-l face mai gustos.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Exista de fapt mai multe variante de adaugat in deliciosul musli: o varianta ar fi sa se adauge fructele proaspete taiate, musli cu nuci sau cu condimente. Musli simplu, cu fructe sau in combinatii diverse se poate adauga in iaurt, in lapte sau in sucul de fructe. Toate aceste ingrediente enumerate mai sus contin si ei o serie de nutrienti importanti: vitamina D, Vitamina C, proteine si calciu, nutrienti ce ii suplimenteaza pe cei existenti deja in cereale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Micul dejun ideal? Musli!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Daca ar fi sa alegem ingredientul ideal din toate punctele de vedere pentru prima masa a zilei adica micul dejun, cel mai indicat este musli. Musli in cea mai simpla forma, fara grasimi sau indulcitori, fara ca cerealele sa fie prelucrate inainte de a fi combinate cu musli. De ce? Deoarece aceasta varianta de musli confera cele mai multe beneficii, este bogat in fibre, in vitamine, antioxidanti, amidon, minerale.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\"><a title=\"musli\" href=\"http:\/\/bandwagen.co.uk\/Ce-marca-de-musli-cu-fructe-consumati-la-micul-dejun--ad8.html\">Consumul regulat de musli<\/a> te poate scapa si de anumite probleme de sanatate precum constipatie, tulburari de tranzit.
