Acest lucru inseamna ca este important sa mancam in cantitati potrivite alimente bogate si echilibrate: un fuct (sub forma de suc sau proaspat), un produs lactat (lapte, iaurt), un zahar lent (o bucata de paine, unul-trei biscuiti) si eventual un zahar rapid (o lingura de dulceata de exemplu). Caloriile absorbite dimineata vor conferi energia necesara de-a lungul intregii zile si vor fi eliminate pe parcursul zilei. De aceea avem tendinta sa credem ca la micul-dejun putem consuma absolut orice, fara ca acest lucru sa aiba consecinte asupra siluetei noastre. In momentul in care esti la dieta, evita sa consumi la\u00a0 micul-dejun mezeluri sau tartine cu unt. Opteaza mai bine pentru un bol cu cereale.<\/p>\n<p><b>Nu trebuie sa consumi feculenti seara \u2013 Fals<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ideea conform careia consumul de feculenti seara ne impiedica sa slabim este extrem de raspandita. Cu toate acestea, este falsa. Corpul nu trebuie privat de feculenti, acestia sunt esentiali bunei functionari a organismului. Important este sa-i consumi in cantitate rezonabila. Avem nevoie sa consumam putin orez, putine paste, cartofi, paine. Este dovedit stiintific ca un somn de proasta calitate poate provoca o crestere in greutate. De altfel, daca mergi la culcare cu o senzatie acuta de foame, la trezire primul lucru pe care il vei face va fi sa te napustesti asupra mancarii.<\/p>\n<p><b>Nu putem slabi decat eliminand toate alimentele grase si dulci \u2013 Fals<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Este evident ca pentru a slabi alimentele grase si dulci trebuie eliminate din alimentatia de zi cu zi. Insa, nu este recomandabila eliminarea lor definitiva. Pe de o parte deoarece organismul nostru are nevoie de putina grasime si dulce pentru a functiona, pe de alta parte deoarece este destul de greu sa tii o dieta pe termen lung cu privari si frustrari. In momentul in care frustrarile se acumuleaza, avem tendinta de a ne refugia in hrana. Drept urmare, te sfatuim sa consumi putina margarina (pe tartine) sau ulei de masline (alaturi de legume). Consuma din cand in cand cate un patratel de ciocolata, indulceste-ti cafeaua cu putina miere.<\/p>\n<p><b>Dupa un regim, kilogramele se pun mereu la loc \u2013 Fals<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Repunerea kilogramelor pierdute dupa o dieta este departe de a fi o fatalitate, in ciuda ideilor preconcepute.
