Inductia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mic-dejun: <\/strong>omlenta cu rosii si sunca, avocado, mozzarela, cafea decofeinizata.<br \/>\n<strong>Pranz: <\/strong>salata lui Cezar cu pui fript (salata, oua, crutoane, parmezan, ulei de masline, mustar, usturoi, lamaie, <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Sarea in exces afecteaza sanatatea\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Alimentatia-sanatoasa\/sarea-in-exces-afecteaza-sanatatea_1493\">sare<\/a> si piper).<br \/>\n<strong>Cina:<\/strong> friptura din <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Carnea de porc: beneficii si riscuri\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Alimentatia-sanatoasa\/carnea-de-porc-beneficii-si-riscuri_5854\">carne de porc<\/a>, vita, pui fara grasime, asortata cu sote de legume si salata verde cu lamaie.<br \/>\n<strong>Gustare: <\/strong>telina umpluta cu crema de branza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Pierderea in greutate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mic-dejun:<\/strong> 2 <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Ouale \u2013 bune sau rele?\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Alimentatia-sanatoasa\/ouale-a-bune-sau-relei_1544\">oua<\/a> fierte, 1 rosie si 2 felii de bacon, muschi file.<br \/>\n<strong>Pranz:<\/strong> friptura din curcan cu ardei umplut cu branza si o salata verde.<br \/>\n<strong>Cina:<\/strong> friptura din cotlet de porc cu varza calita cu extra-piper si paine integrala.<br \/>\n<strong>Gustare: <\/strong>seminte din dovleac.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Pre-mentinere<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mic-dejun:<\/strong> o clatita cu capsune, dar fara sirop sau zahar.<br \/>\n<strong>Pranz:<\/strong> ciorba de fasole cu o bucatica de sunca si branza cu tortilla.<br \/>\n<strong>Cina: <\/strong>peste fript de preferat somon sau peste oceanic, cu piure din praz si conopida, salata de ridichii si castravete.<br \/>\n<strong>Gustare: <\/strong>2 trufe de ciocolata.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n4. Mentinere<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mic-dejun: <\/strong>2 felii de paine, urda si o omleta cu branza (2 oua).<br \/>\n<strong>Pranz: <\/strong>ciorba din legume, <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Salata de legume cu peste\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Retete-cu-peste\/salata-de-legume-cu-peste_3590\">salata de legume cu peste<\/a>.<br \/>\n<strong>Cina: <\/strong>friptura din pui, orez\/spanac cu ciuperci, salata verde cu lamaie.<br \/>\n<strong>Gustare: <\/strong>o felie de pepene galben cu suc de lime.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"Alimente_permise\" name=\"Alimente_permise\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div id=\"Alimente_permise\" class=\"titlu-subliniat clearfix mt10\">\n<h2 class=\"titlu-wiki-art\">Alimente permise<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p><a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Piramida alimentatiei \" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Alimentatia-sanatoasa\/piramida-alimentatiei_5636\">Piramida alimentatiei<\/a> recunoscuta de nutritionisti este total diferita de planul de alimentatie propus de Dr. Atkins.<br \/>\nIn primul caz se recomanda 6-11 portii de produse cu un continut ridicat in carbohidrati, cum ar fi: <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Paine\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/dictionar-medical\/paine_4481\">paine<\/a>, cereale, orez si pastele faisoase. Legatura dintre cele doua planuri nutritionale ramane in punctul surselor de <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Proteinele: mit si realitate\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Alimentatia-sanatoasa\/proteinele-mit-si-realitate_1495\">proteine<\/a>, cum ar fi: pasari de curte, carne de vita, peste, <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Carnea de porc: beneficii si riscuri\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Alimentatia-sanatoasa\/carnea-de-porc-beneficii-si-riscuri_5854\">carne de porc<\/a> si produse din soia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obiectivul dietei Atkins este de a constientiza efectul negativ al consumului ridicat de carbohidrati. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aceasta dieta nu limiteaza cantitatea de alimente consumate sau numarul de calorii, ci interzice consumarea anumitor alimente, ca de exemplu, alimente cu un continut ridicat de <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Zaharul ca drog\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Abuz--dependenta--si-intoxicatii\/zaharul-ca-drog_3308\">zahar<\/a>, alimente din faina alba, paste fainoase, insa schimb puteti consuma frecvent carne, peste, <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Branza\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/dictionar-medical\/branza_2967\">branza<\/a> etc. Atat nutritionistii cat si oamenii de rand trebuie sa constientizeze ca atat rata metabolismului cat si stilul de viata difera de la individ la individ, motiv pentru care se cere flexibilitate in alegerea portiilor de mancare si piramida alimentatiei Atkins.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"Sfaturi_practice\" name=\"Sfaturi_practice\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div id=\"Sfaturi_practice\" class=\"titlu-subliniat clearfix mt10\">\n<h2 class=\"titlu-wiki-art\">Sfaturi practice<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Experti in medicina si in nutritie sunt de acord ca <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Supraponderabilitate o problema in sarcina\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Afectiuni-asociate-sarcinii\/supraponderabilitate-o-problema-in-sarcina_2462\">supraponderabilitatea<\/a> si <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Obezitatea\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Obezitatea\/obezitatea_881\">obezitatea<\/a> cresc riscul aparitiei bolilor de inima sau diabetului, insa aceste probleme pot disparea daca alegem un <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Alegerea unui program de slabit\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Diete-de-slabit\/alegerea-unui-program-de-slabit_4953\">program de slabit<\/a> adecvat, cum este Dieta Atkins.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nVa prezentam cateva reguli pentru a obtine rezultatele maxime oferite de dieta Atkins. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Cand va uitati la TV inlocuiti obiceiul de a manca cu ceva mai activ, precum: <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Exercitii de relaxare pentru gravide\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Cum-sa-te-ingrijesti-in-sarcina\/exercitii-de-relaxare-pentru-gravide_1597\">exercitiile de relaxare<\/a>, utilizarea stepper-ului etc.<br \/>\n2. Ideal ar fi sa va achizitionati un cantar digital cu care puteti cantari si calcula: <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Calorie\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/dictionar-medical\/calorie_618\">caloriile<\/a>, <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Grasime\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/dictionar-medical\/grasime_6030\">grasimile<\/a>, <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"O problema mai veche: colesterolul\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Colesterolul-si-trigliceridele\/o-problema-mai-veche-colesterolul_938\">colesterolul<\/a>, <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Fibra alimentara\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/dictionar-medical\/fibra-alimentara_3475\">fibre<\/a>, proteine, sodiu si carbohidrati.<br \/>\n3. Diversitatea este cuvantul cheie pentru alimentatie.<br \/>\n4. Pentru a creste timpul de <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Activitatea fizica creste sansele de prevenire a cancerului de san\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Cancerul-mamar\/activitatea-fizica-creste-sansele-de-prevenire-a-cancerului-de-san_795\">activitate fizica<\/a> zilnica evitati liftul, scarile rulante.<br \/>\n5. Cand mergeti la film, la diferite competitii sportive etc. luati cu dvs. chips-uri din <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Beneficii oferite de consumul de soia\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Alimentatia-sanatoasa\/beneficii-oferite-de-consumul-de-soia_1465\">soia<\/a> deoarece au un continut scazut in carbohidrati.<br \/>\n6. Zilnic consumati 8 pahare cu apa. Nu inlocuiti cantitatea de apa cu ceai, cafea sau alte bauturi.<br \/>\n7. Oriunde va duceti luati cu dvs. o sticla de jumatate cu <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Apa\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/dictionar-medical\/apa_2840\">apa<\/a>, iar pana la finalul intalnirii terminati de baut apa.<br \/>\n8. Mancati acasa inainte de a merge la o petrecere, iar in timpul petrecerii serviti cateva gustari si nu mai mult de un pahar cu bautura alcoolica.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"Critici\" name=\"Critici\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div id=\"Critici\" class=\"titlu-subliniat clearfix mt10\">\n<h2 class=\"titlu-wiki-art\">Critici<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Consumarea unei cantitati ridicate de grasimi este ideea controvesata a Dietei Atkins. Majoritatea institutiilor guvernamentale din domeniul sanatatii sustin ca o alimentatie sanatoasa presupune consumul a maxim 30% grasimi, insa prin adoptarea dietei Atkins acest procest este cu usurinta depasit.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, o problema este si procesul numit cetoza deoarece nu se stie cat de benefic este pentru sanatate. Pe o perioada scurta de timp cetoza ajuta la scaderea in greutate, dar pe termen lung care sunt consecintele? Sunt specialisti care sustin ca anumite organe vor fi suprasolicitate pentru a sustine procesul de cetoza, si astfel inevitabil vor aparea diferite afectiuni.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nDaca intentionati sa urmati aceasta dieta, va sfatuim sa consultati un specialist nutritionist! <\/strong><br \/>\nDe asemenea, sunt medici specialisti care sustin ca in prima etapa a dietei &#8211; Inductia &#8211; puteti experimeta simptome precum: ameteala, slabiciune, <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Oboseala\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Oboseala-cronica\/oboseala_1198\">oboseala<\/a> sau <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Insomnia\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Insomnia\">insomnie<\/a>. Totodata, din cauza eliminarii fibrelor riscati sa suferiti de <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Constipatia\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Tulburari-de-tranzit--diareea-si-constipatia-\/constipatia_530\">constipatie<\/a> si, astfel, exista posibilitatea sa deveniti dependenti de <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Laxativele\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Tulburari-de-tranzit--diareea-si-constipatia-\/laxativele_556\">laxative<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ma mult, potrivit specialistilor cantitatea ridicata de grasimi, in timp, creste riscul aparitiei bolilor de inima, iar la femei creste riscul aparitiei <a class=\"article-autolink\" title=\"Osteoporoza\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/Osteoporoza\">osteoporozei<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"themify_builder_content-71\" data-postid=\"71\" class=\"themify_builder_content themify_builder_content-71 themify_builder themify_builder_front\">\n\n\t<\/div>\n<!-- \/themify_builder_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Meniu 1.
