Este vorba despre o dieta semi-vegetariana, bazata pe consumul in cantitati mari de fructe si legume (bio de preferinta), asociata unei activitati fizice regulate. De unde vine aceasta dieta? In ce consta ea mai exact? Cui i se adreseaza? Este o dieta eficienta? Iata cateva trucuri care fac diferenta.<\/p>\n<p><b>Esti ceea ce mananci<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Aceasta este deviza creatoarei acestei diete, deviza pe care dr.MackKeith le-o repeta fara incetare pacientilor sai celebri si mai putin celebri. Considerata cel mai bun nutritionist din Regatul Unit, dr. Gillian MackKeith a primit in cadrul clinicii sale londoneze o multime de vedete de la Hollywood (Madonna, Charlize Theron, Demi Moore), sportivi de performanta dar si unii membrii ai familiei regale.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. MackKeith este gazda unei emisiuni deja celebre intitualata <i>You Are What You Eat<\/i> si a publicat o carte in cadrul careia a expus motivele pentru care luam in greutate dar si modalitatile prin care putem remedia aceasta problema.<\/p>\n<p><b>Principiile dietei MacKeith<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Dieta MackKeith se adreseaza tuturor persoanelor care vor sa slabeasca fara sa se priveasca de anumite alimente. Aceasta dieta se compune din patru etape care se intind pe parcursul unei luni:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Faza de atac care consta in revizuirea alimentatiei si memorarea devizei <i>You Are What You Eat \u2013 Esti Ceea ce Mananci;<\/i><\/li>\n<li>Dieta propriu-zisa care se va tine timp de 28 de zile si este compusa dintr-o serie de meniuri si retete ce au drept scop remedierea alimentatiei. In aceasta perioada vei pierde kilograme fara sa iti pui in pericol sanatatea;<\/li>\n<li>Faza de detoxifiere (2 zile) care are drept scop purificarea organismului de toate toxinele ingerate;<\/li>\n<li>Faza de stabilizare ce propune o serie de solutii pentru a evita efectul yo-yo si pentru a ramane slaba tot restul vietii;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chiar daca dr. MackKeith nu interzice consumul anumitor alimente, aceasta recomanda evitarea alimentelor cu un continut ridicat de calorii precum produsele de patiserie, pizza, hamburger sau bauturile carbogazoase.<\/p>\n<p><b>Avantajele dietei MackKeith<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Conform creatoarei dietei, o proasta alimentatie are drept consecinte accelerararea imbatranirii cutanate, cresterea in greutate, absenta dinamismului, generarea unor tulburari digestive si aparitia unor boli grave.
