{"id":621,"date":"2026-04-09T08:33:07","date_gmt":"2026-04-09T08:33:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.trenduri.info\/diete\/cura-regimul-si-dieta-disociata-pe-7-zile"},"modified":"2026-04-09T08:33:07","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T08:33:07","slug":"cura-regimul-si-dieta-disociata-pe-7-zile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.trenduri.info\/diete\/cura-regimul-si-dieta-disociata-pe-7-zile","title":{"rendered":"Cura, regimul si Dieta disociata pe 7 zile"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"rw-left\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Dieta disociata pe 7 zile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dieta disociata pe 7 zile este dieta in care trebuie consumi o categorie nutritionala diferita in fiecare zi.<br \/>\nDieta dureaza 7 zile si poti slabi pana la 1 kilogram pe zi.<br \/>\nIdeea dietei este ca<span id=\"more-103\"><\/span> trebuie disociate alimentele proteice de cele lipidice.<\/p>\n<p>Nu trebuie sa tineti dieta mai mult de 7 zile si puteti sa o repetati o data la 14 zile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziua 1 Carnea<\/strong><br \/>\nIn ziua 1 se consuma carne de pui si\/sau carne rosie.<br \/>\nAtentie, nu se consuma carne grasa (porc, mezeluri sau derivate)<\/p>\n<p>Carnea trebuie fiarta, pe gratar sau la cuptor, sa nu o prajiti si nu mancati carnea cu paine sau cu garnitura, dar puteti folosi ca si condimente sarea si piperul.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziua 2 Legume<\/strong><br \/>\nIn ziua 2 se consuma numai legume ori preparate sau crude, insa sa nu puneti uleiuri sau altele in salate in caz ca doriti sa faceti salata, insa puteti sa puneti condimente vegetale si sare si piper.<\/p>\n<p>Evitati cartoful si fasolea uscata, fiindca au un indice glicemic mare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziua 3 Lactate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In ziua 3 consumam lactate ca: branza dietetica, iaurt simplu, lapte, sana, kefir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziua 4 Peste<\/strong><br \/>\nIn ziua 4 consumam numai peste, nu il prajiti in ulei, preparati pestele dumneavoastra, nu consumati peste deja preparat din comert, sigur va contine uleiuri si alte nepermise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziua 5 Fructe<\/strong><br \/>\nIn aceasta zi se consuma fructe proaspete sau in compot fara adaosuri, puetti consuma orice cantitate.<br \/>\nFructe ce ar trebui evitate: pere, fructe confiate, banane si struguri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziua 6 Sucuri<\/strong><br \/>\nPuteti consuma sucuri de diverse ca sucuri de legume, fructe sau combinate intre fructe si legume.<br \/>\nNu consumati in exces citricele care sunt fructe acide<br \/>\nAveti voie sa consumati suc din legume sau fructe cu indice glicemic mare.<br \/>\nSucurile trebuiesc preparate in casa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziua 7 Rasfat<\/strong><br \/>\nIn aceasta zi puteti consuma toate alimnetele consumate in cele 6 zile, dar numai in cantitati mici, dar nu trebuie sa consumati sucuri, ci doar apa.<br \/>\nNu se consuma altceva inafara celor scrise mai sus.<\/p>\n<p>* este permisa o ceasca de cafea neindulcita <a title=\"micul dejun cu cereale\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rommac.ro\">la micul dejun<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div id=\"themify_builder_content-621\" data-postid=\"621\" class=\"themify_builder_content themify_builder_content-621 themify_builder themify_builder_front\">\n\n\t<\/div>\n<!-- \/themify_builder_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dieta disociata pe 7 zile Dieta disociata pe 7 zile este dieta in care trebuie consumi o categorie nutritionala diferita in fiecare zi.
