Aceasta consta in consumul de fructe rosii timp de o zi sau doua. Ideea este sa profiti din plin de aceste fructe rosii precum coacazele rosii sau capsunile. Dieta cu fructe rosii dulci si acidulate totodata, contribuie la purificarea organismului precum si la eliminarea toxinelor acumulate pe timp de iarna. Este recomandata urmarea acestei diete din cand in cand, fara sa o prelungesti mai mult de 48 de ore pentru a evita o carenta alimentara. Dieta cu fructe rosii este bazata pe consumul acestora din urma dimineata, dupa-amiaza si seara. Ideal este sa le consumi crude, pentru a profita din plin de aportul nutritional al acestora.<\/p>\n<p>Ceaiurile si infuziile pe baza de fructe rosii se dovedesc a fi extrem de benefice sub forma de completare a regimului. Fructele rosii ascund o multime de proprietati nutritionale, dietetice si terapeutice. Bogate in apa, acestea sunt satioase si taie pofta de mancare. Fructele rosii sunt sarace in calorii si contin foarte putine materii grase. Bogate in antioxidanti, fructele rosii se dovedesc a fi aliatii de nadejde ai persoanelor care isi doresc sa slabeasca. Continutul bogat de Vitaminele A, B, C, E si K, de minerale precum fierul, siliciul, potasiul, magneziul si calciul fac din fructele rosii aliatii sanatatii si formei tale.<\/p>\n<p>Efectul diuretic al fructelor rosii permit lupta impotriva retentiei de apa si actioneaza asupra tranzitului intestinal, ficat si rinichi. Fructele rosii reduc nivelul de colesterol din sange. Pentru a evita efectul yo-yo, aceasta dieta nu trebuie sa dureze mai mult de doua zile.<\/p>\n<p><b>Avantajele dietei cu fructe rosii<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Fructele rosii sunt excelente pentru sanatate.
