In urma cu trei ani, intreaga lume isi indrepta privirile indiscrete catre posteriorul tonifiat al Pippei Middleton. Secretul acesteia? Controversatul regim Dukan. Imediat dupa <a title=\"tarate de ovaz dukan\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pirifan.ro\/taratele-de-ovaz-laudate-de-toata-lumea\/\">nebunia creata in jurul dietei Dukan<\/a>, a aparut o alta dieta controversata: 5:2! Iata care sunt cele mai in tendinta diete in 2014!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dieta 5:2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Concept:<\/strong> 2 zile de detoxifiere, 5 zile de placere! Conform celor doi medici care au conceput aceasta dieta, doua zile de detoxifiere sunt mai eficiente decat restrictiile alimentare pe termen lung. Cele 48 de ore de dieta stricta reprezinta miracolul slabirii. Dieta 5:2 iti promite ca vei slabi numai putin de 4 kilograme!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avantaje:<\/strong> libertate totala in ceea ce priveste alegerea alimentelor, este extrem de benefica pentru sanatate, scade nivelul de insulina din sange, nu creeaza frustrari, ridica moralul si scade tensiunea arteriala.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dezavantaje:<\/strong> studiile stiintifice realizate asupra acestei diete nu demonstreaza ca aceasta ar fi mai eficienta decat oricare alta dieta care reduce aportul caloric.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dieta 5:2 este ideala pentru tine daca:<\/strong> ai o viata sociala activa si nu iti doresti sa renunti la iesirile in oras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dieta Seignalet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Concept:<\/strong> se elimina din alimentatie orice produs provenit din agricultura moderna. Pe scurt: se resping ingredientele pe care stramosii nostri nu le consumau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dieta Seignalet este pentru tine daca:<\/strong> cauti sa iti schimbi alimentatia pentru a-ti imbunatati starea de sanatate, nu doar sa slabesti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avantaje:<\/strong> redescoperi adevaratul gust al alimentelor, deoarece gatirea in exces este interzisa in egala masura. Nu devii dependenta de mancarea gata preparata.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dezavantaje:<\/strong> dieta Seignalet este mult prea restrictiva. La fel ca toate dietele restrictive si dieta Seignalet poate fi periculoasa. Printre alimentele interzise se numara lactatele, cerealale (grau, porumb, orz, ovaz) si unele uleiuri. Aceasta dieta poate provoca o multime de carente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dieta Scarsdale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Concept:\u00a0<\/strong> dieta Scarsdale iti promite ca vei slabi 8 kilograme in 14 zile. Reteta: se reduce drastic aportul caloric (1000 de calorii autorizate\/zi, adica jumatate din ceea ce consuma o femeie in viata de zi cu zi).<\/p>\n<p>Dieta Scarsdale este ideala pentru tine daca: iti doresti sa scapi rapid de kilogramele in plus, pentru a intra in rochia viselor tale si nu iti este teama ca dupa un timp vei pune dublul kilogramelor pierdute.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avantaje:<\/strong> cu o pierdere rapida in greutate, motivatia este excelenta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dezavantaje:<\/strong> singurele alimente autorizate sunt fructele de sezon, unele legume (spanac, laptuci, castraveti), carne slaba (curca, pui), pesti si fructe de mare.
