Si eu prima data cand am citit cartea am fost tentata sa sar peste acest capitol dar intelegerea principiilor alimentare m-a ajutat extrem de mult sa ma conformez cu dieta.<\/p>\n<p>Alimentatia universala este compusa din doar trei elemente: glucide, lipide si proteine.<\/p>\n<p>Ceva care m-a surprins pe mine destul de mult prima oara cand am citit cartea doctorului Dukan este diferenta enorma asupra corpului nostru intre consumul a 100 de calorii de zahar vs. 100 de calorii de unt vs 100 de calorii de peste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Glucidele \/ Carbohidratii<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Glucidele sunt importante pentru furnizarea de energie corpului \u2013 acestea ne furnizeaza aproximativ 50% din ratiile zilnice de energie. Glucidele sunt prezente in fructe, miere, cereale, paine, paste fainoase, orez, linte, leguminoase, etc. Fructele cele mai bogate in glucide sunt bananele, ciresele si strugurii. De asemenea vinul si toate tipurile de alcool.<\/p>\n<p>Organismul nostru asimileaza glucidele extrem de repede si de usor. De asemenea, asimilarea glucidelor faciliteaza secretia de insulina care in mod direct favorizeaza producerea si stocarea de grasimi.<\/p>\n<p>Planul Dukan exclude glucidele in intregime in faza de atac. In cursul perioadei de croaziera, dieta permite consumul de legume deoarece acestea nu au foarte mult zahar in componenta. Restul glucidelor vor fi reintroduse cu incetul in timpul perioadei de consolidare dar nu vor putea fi consumate in cantitati nelimitate pana cand ajungem in faza de stabilizare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lipidele<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lipidele sunt bineinteles dusmanul cel mai mare al slabirii. Precum doctorul Dukan spune, \u201cNu putem pierde grasimea noastra daca mancam grasimile altora!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Totusi in ultimii ani un numar mare de diete au deschis portile consumului de lipide precum faimoasa dieta Atkins. Este acum clar ca din pacate aceasta a fost o eroare. Consumul de lipide rezulta in cresterea nivelelor de colesterol si de trigliceride care are efecte periculoase asupra sanatatii.<\/p>\n<p>Lipidele provin din doua surse: grasimile animale si grasimile vegetale.<\/p>\n<p>Grasimile animale pot fi gasite in principal in porc, miel, gasca si rata.
