Astfel, daca alimentatia eronata este generatoare de tulburari de sanatate, reintoarcerea la o alimentatie sanatoasa se dovedeste a fi o arma terapeutica extrem de eficienta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principiul dietei Kousmine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dieta Kousmine este bazata pe cinci pilieri fundamentali:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 reforma alimentara adica reechilibrarea alimentatiei, reintroducand in alimentatie unele alimente: cereale integrale, uleiuri obtinute din prima presiune la rece, zahar brun din trestie, miere, fructe, legume crude sau fierte. Diminuam consumul de margarina, grasimi;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 igiena intestinala. Trebuie sa elimini din alimentatie produsele bogate in zaharuri si proteine care favorizeaza dezvoltarea unei flore de putrefactie intestinale, sursa a numeroase boli. Uneori, spalarile stomacale se dovedesc a fi necesare;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 verificarea echilibrului acido-bazic urinar si lupta impotriva unei acidificari anormale produse de catre lipsa unor anumite vitamine si oligoelemente;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 suplimentarea in nutrienti in caz de carente minerale si vitaminice;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 practicarea unei activitati sportive;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avantaje.<\/strong> Ne informeaza cu privire la pericolul reprezentat de unele alimente. Abordeaza un element nou, lasat deoparte de majoritatea dietelor: intestinele si flora acestora. Alimentatia variata este extrem de importanta in cadrul acestei diete.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dezavantaje.<\/strong> Dr. Kousmine nu tine cont de combinatiile alimentare. Explicatia este mult prea nutritionala.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In practica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dimineata<\/strong>, in locul traditionalei cafele cu lapte, a painii cu unt si cu dulceata se va consuma un ceai lejer si crema budwig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La pranz<\/strong>, se consuma legume sub forma de salate, cu putina branza sau iaurt. Salata se va asezona cu un tip de ulei obtinut din prima presiune la rece. Se mai pot consuma legume si cartofi gatiti la abur. Cel putin o data pe saptamana, se va consuma ficat sau peste slab, fara materii grase. Iata ce pot consuma persoanele vegetariene: branza, slaba de preferinta, sau in ou fiert in coaja. Dar, ce este cel mai important, este consumul de cereale integrale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gustarea<\/strong> poate fi compusa din fructe proaspete, fructe uscate sau un suc de fructe proaspat stors. Nu uita ca produsele de patiserie contin grasimi vegetale, adica artificiale, zahar rafinat si faina alba, fara pic de vitamine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cina<\/strong> va fi luata cat mai devreme cu putinta, pana la ora 8 maxim.
