In cadrul acestei diete, persoana care o urmeaza nu trebuie sa tina cont de cantitatea de calorii ingerate ci de felul in care acestea sunt digerate de catre organism. Rolul glandelor digestive este esential in buna functionare a mecanismului digestiei si in lupta impotriva stocarea grasimilor de rezerva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cele patru puncte capitale ale dietei Fridman<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziua este impartita in patru mese<\/strong> \u2013 micul dejun, pranzul, gustarea si cina. Intervalul care trebuie sa treaca micul dejun la pranz, de la gustare la cina este trei ore. Deoarece rontaitul nu este permis, in caz de pofta de mancare, dieta Fridman iti recomanda sa consumi ceva lichid.<\/p>\n<p>Dieta Fridman te sfatuieste sa mananci in functie de apetit, stiind sa te opresti la timp, inainte de a te simti satula. La inceput nu este evident, dar daca reusesti sa-ti faci corpul sa te asculte, vei reusi sa slabesti. Astfel, iti vei educa corpul sa identifice momentul in care stomacul tau este satul.<\/p>\n<p>Trebuie sa mananci de toate, fara sa te privezi de vreo categorie de alimente: proteine, glucide si apa.<\/p>\n<p>Trebuie sa-ti organizezi si sa-ti repartizezi in mod eficient mesele de-a lungul zilei.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Iata o zi tip:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Micul-dejun:<\/strong> cafea sau ceai (cu sau fara edulcorant), o felie de paine integrala cu putin unt si un ou fiert tare;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pranz:<\/strong> salata de rosii cu putin ulei de masline, carne la gratar, putina branza cu o felie de paine integrala; Mananca cand simti ca iti este foame fara sa faci excese.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gustare:<\/strong> o felie de paine integrala cu unt, un patratel de ciocolata, un iaurt. Nu trebuie sa sari niciodata peste gustare;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cina:<\/strong> salata de legume, peste cu legume, paine integrala. La fel ca si la pranz dar intr-o versiune mai lejera;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avantajul acestei diete:<\/strong> confera toti nutrientii de care corpul are nevoie. Pierderea in greutate nu este rapida, nici foarte mare, ci lenta si progresiva. Aceasta dieta este recomandata in special persoanelor cu un stil de viata sanatos dar care nu reusesc sa slabeasca deoarece consuma alimentele intr-o cantitate mult prea mare. Educarea corpului iti permite sa intelegi momentul in care stomacul iti este plin. Mancandu-ti foamea, digestia este facilitata si organimsul nu va mai stoca caloriile in exces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principiile dietei Fridman:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cele patru mese pe zi de care vorbeam mai sus sunt obligatorii. Ce poti manca? Proteine: oua, carne, peste. Lipide: uleiuri, unt, branzeturi. Poti consuma zaharuri dar doar cele bune care sunt urmatoarele: paine, cartofi, paste, legume si fructe. Painea trebuie sa fie integrala obligatoriu, poate fi consumata chiar si de patru ori pe zi in cantitati mici. Cartofii pot fi gatiti sub forma de piure, fierti dar nu prajiti. Pastele vor fi gatite al dente si nu vor fi insotite de carne, peste sau oua.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bauturile permise sunt urmatoarele<\/strong>: apa plata, minerala, sucurile naturale de fructe.
