Evita pe cat posibil mijloacele de transport in comun, mergi cat mai des cu putinta pe jos, plimba-te cu bicicleta, urca scarile. Obiectivul tau: cel putin 30 de minute de miscare pe zi. Este minimul care te va ajuta sa-ti tonifiezi picioarele si sa-ti accelerezi metabolismul.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fa sport anticelulitic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dupa cum spuneam mai sus, ideal ar fi sa faci miscare cel putin 30 de minute pe zi. Daca pe langa asta, mai faci si un sport, este excelent. Alege o activitate pe placul tau, eficienta impotriva aspectului de coaja de portocala: jogging, inot, ciclism, aquagym.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Revizuieste-ti alimentatia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O alimentatie bogata in dulciuri sau in alimente sarate favorizeaza stocarea lipidelor in adipocite. Lupta impotriva celulitei implica suprimarea rontaitului dintre mese si revizuirea alimentatiei. Redu dulciurile si sarea din alimentatie care stimuleaza productia de grasimi si favorizeaza retentia de apa. Mizeaza pe fibre, pe fructele si legumele de sezon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dormi suficient<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Somnul joaca un rol esential in lupta cu celulita. Noptile prea scurte si lipsa somnului ingrasa. Acestea ne dau peste cap organismul si favorizeaza stocarea grasimilor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cremele pentru slabit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Poti incerca si cremele pentru slabit. Secretul acestora? Sunt concentrate in activi, celebri in domeniul slabitului precum cofeina care activeaza lipoliza si degradeaza mai usor lipidele. Numeroasele creme de slabit existente azi pe piata dreneaza, activeaza microcirculatia cutanata si amelioreaza fermitatea tesuturilor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Automasaj<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nu este de ajuns sa te dai cu cremele pentru slabit in zonele cu probleme. Acest gest trebuie insotit de automasaj.
