incluzand grasimile si carnea, carbo-lipide &#8211; incluzand alunele si carnea organica si fibrele &#8211; incluzand toate tipurile de\u00a0cereale\u00a0si vegetale.<br \/>\nDieta urmareste pierderea eficienta in greutate si tinerea sub control a anumitor afectiuni, precum\u00a0diabetul\u00a0siproblemele cardiovasculare.Conform\u00a0dietei, carbohidratii cu un indice glicemic crescut sunt catalogati drept &#8220;carbohidrati rai&#8221; si se recomanda evitarea consumarii lor in combinatie cu lipidele, acest compus favorizand stocarea excesului de grasimi din alimente si transformarea in grasime corporala in exces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consumul de carbohidrati si grasimi<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; &#8220;Carbohidratii buni&#8221; (cu un indice glicemic scazut) se consuma individual;<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0zaharul, cerealele rafinate, glucoza,\u00a0cartofii, etc trebuiesc evitate;<br \/>\n&#8211; Grasimile si carbohidratii nu se consuma in cadrul aceleiasi mese; dupa servirea unei mese ce contine alimente bogate in grasimi, se recomanda o pauza alimentara de 4 ore inaintea consumarii carbohidratilor si 3 ore pentru situatia inversa (intre consumul de carbohidrati si de grasimi);<br \/>\nGrasimile sunt metabolizate diferit, in functie de natura\u00a0acizilor grasi:<br \/>\n<strong>Grasimile saturate<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; carne, unt, lactate &#8211; se depoziteaza foarte usor, deoarece ele nu sufera nici o modificare metabolica; Grasimile monosaturate &#8211; ulei de masline, avocado &#8211; au avantajul de a reduce glicemia, depozitarea fiind ingreunata de transformarile metabolice pe care trebuie sa le indeplineasca organismul.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grasimile polisaturate<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0peste,\u00a0omega 3\u00a0&#8211; nu se depoziteaza; Grasimile nesaturate sunt cele mai indicate in cazul in care se doreste o\u00a0scadere in greutate, energia necesara metabolizarii lor consumand mai multe calorii decat cele pe care le contin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consumul de lichide<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Consumul de\u00a0alcool\u00a0trebuie mentinut la un nivel minim; este permis consumul unui pahar mic de\u00a0vin\u00a0sau de bere;<br \/>\n&#8211; Intre mese se recomanda consumarea unei cantitati mari de\u00a0apa;<br \/>\n&#8211; fructele trebuiesc consumate separat, intre mesele principale ale zilei;<br \/>\n&#8211; Se recomanda consumul de grasimi sanatoase si inlocuirea uleiului de floarea-soarelui cu ulei de masline;<br \/>\n&#8211; Nu se promoveaza\u00a0dieta\u00a0calorica scazuta &#8211; evitarea meselor &#8220;sarace&#8221; care cauzeaza dezechilibre metabolice;<br \/>\n&#8211; Se recomanda consumarea de alimente cu\u00a0indice glicemic\u00a0mic;<br \/>\n&#8211; Bucataria franceza reprezinta principala inspiratie a acestui plan alimentar care permite consumarea unor alimente precum\u00a0ciocolata,\u00a0branza, etc, in cantitati limitate &#8211; alimente interzise in majoritatea diete.<\/p>\n<div id=\"Principiile_Dietei_Montignac\">\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: normal;\">Principiul de baza al Dietei Montignac il reprezinta formularea a 2 planuri de alimentatie; Primul plan are in vedere strategiile de\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: normal;\">scadere in greutate<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: normal;\">\u00a0iar planul 2 urmareste mentinerea greutatii optime &#8211; odata ce aceasta a fost obtinuta.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Regulile primei etape depind foarte mult de greutatea in exces ce se doreste a fi indepartata.<\/strong><br \/>\nIn afara consumarii cu intelepciune a grasimilor si proteinelor, aceasta etapa presupune consumarea carbohidratilor cu un indice glicemic scazut (nu mai mare de 35) &#8211;
