Rosemary are o experienta de mai bine de 40 de ani in aceste domenii, iar dieta pe care ea a gandit-o este \u201ecea mai buna si mai eficienta\u201d, dupa cum o catalogheaza adeptii ei. Haide sa vedem si noi despre ce este vorba!<\/p>\n<p>Pentru inceput, este demn de mentionat ca planul lui Rosemary este conceput, in primul rand, pentru a te ajuta sa traiesti sanatos, sa te mentii in forma, sa iti educi metabolismul, iar apoi sa scazi in greutate. Vorbim de un regim care dureaza 21 de zile, dar care poate fi urmat la nesfarsit deoarece nu are restrictii exagerate, nu te infometeaza si nici nu iti interzice alcoolul (pentru cei care sunt fani!).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alimente cu index glicemic scazut<\/strong><br \/>\nDieta lui Rosemary se bazeaza si pe calcularea indexului glicemic, iar alimentele care sunt recomandate sunt foarte sarace in grasimi si cu un index glicemic scazut. Ca sa nu mai lungim vorba si sa trecem la date concrete, iata ce trebuie sa faci daca vrei sa urmezi dieta Rosemary Conley:<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In primele doua saptamani nu ai voie sa consumi alcool sau dulciuri. Din a treia saptamana le vei putea include insa temperat, asa cum iti vom exemplifica mai jos.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ai voie sa servesti trei mese principale pe zi, plus doua gustari, una dimineata si una la pranz.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Este foarte important sa bei 5 pahare mari de apa pe zi. Uneori le poti inlocui cu ceai.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Este permisa cafeaua, insa neindulcita si doar una mica pe zi<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sunt recomandate minimum 25 de minute de miscare zilnic<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dieta pentru 2 saptamani<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziua 1 si 8<\/strong><br \/>\nMic dejun: 2 grapefruit, un ou fiert si o felie de paine integrala<br \/>\nPranz:\u00a0 50 g branza de vaci cu salata verde si o chifla din faina integrala<br \/>\nCina: 4 cubulete de piept de pui fript cu 115 g cartofi fierti si legume, cate vrei!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziua 2 si 9<\/strong><br \/>\nMic dejun: un iaurt 1% grasimi sau un bol de lapte cu 20 de grame de muesli<br \/>\nPranz: O salata cu fasii de sunca si crutoane, dreasa cu putin ulei de masline<br \/>\nCina: 1 g friptura la gratar cu legume verzi, ciuperci si rosii coapte, plus o felie de paine integrala<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziua 3 si 10<\/strong><br \/>\nMic dejun: 2 felii de paine integrala unse cu sos de rosii si busuioc si 2 felii de piept de curcan, plus o piersica<br \/>\nPranz: 100 g de peste la gratar cu sos de hrean, plus o salata verde<br \/>\nCina: paste din porumb cu dressing de rosii si o salata verde<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziua 4 si 11<\/strong><br \/>\nMic dejun: 40 g terci de ovaz cu lapte si miere<br \/>\nPranz: cartofi natur si mazare la abur<br \/>\nCina: 100 g carne de porc la gratar, servita cu 2 felii de paine integrala cu mustar si salata<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziua 5 si 12<\/strong><br \/>\nMic dejun: omleta din doua oua cu fasii de ardei gras si rondele de ceapa, toate calite in putin ulei de masline<br \/>\nPranz: 100 g friptura de curcan servita alaturi de ciuperci si rosii coapte<br \/>\nCina: 150 g peste la cuptor servit cu legume la abur<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziua 6 si 13<\/strong><br \/>\nMic dejun: 150 g fasole batuta cu o felie medie de paine integrala<br \/>\nPranz: salata de ton cu frunze de salata icebearg, rosii cherry si crutoane din faina integrala<br \/>\nCina: legume sote<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziua 7 si 14<\/strong><br \/>\nMic dejun: 2 felii de paine integrala cu branza de vaci<br \/>\nPranz: salata cu 25 g piept de pui si crutoane<br \/>\nCina: 115 g macaroane cu ciuperci, sos de rosii si putina branza fara multe grasimi, facute la cuptor<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gustarile constau in<\/strong>: kiwi, mar, para, piersica, o portocala, 75 g struguri, 150 g capsuni<br \/>\nDin cea de-a 3 saptamana poti sa adaugi la meniu un desert care sa nu depaseasca 100 de calorii (o clatita simpla, stafide, ciocolata neagra, biscuiti facuti cu unt, gem de casa etc.) si un pahar cu alcool tot de maximum 100 de calorii, de exemplu vin alb.<\/p>\n<div id=\"themify_builder_content-26\" data-postid=\"26\" class=\"themify_builder_content themify_builder_content-26 themify_builder themify_builder_front\">\n\n\t<\/div>\n<!-- \/themify_builder_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Rosemary Conley este un specialist in nutritie si un adevarat guru in fitness din Marea Britanie.
