Dieta de o zi nu este o solutie in sine, decat in cazul in care aplici aceasta metoda constant, in fiecare saptamana. Acesta este si marele secret al dietei de o zi. Respectarea ei, o zi, in fiecare saptamana.<\/p>\n<p>Respectata constant are capacitatea de a activa arderile interne, astfel ca efectele benefice ale dietei, si pierderea in greutate, nu se manifesta strict in ziua\u00a0respectiva, ci si in urmatoarele doua zile. Conditia este sa respecti o alimentatie sanatoasa si nu depasesti pragul a 2000-2200 de calorii.<\/p>\n<p>Dieta de o zi nu este o zi de post negru. Este dovedit ca intr-o zi in care nu mananci nimic slabesti mai putin decat intr-o zi in care respecti planul alimentar al dietei de o zi.\u00a0 Explicatia este simpla. Metabolismul sesizeaza imediat lipsa nutrientilor si isi incetineste automat activitatea si arderile. Un aport sanatos de nutrienti, te fereste de infometare si te ajuta sa slabesti sanatos.<\/p>\n<p>Planul alimentar pentru dieta de o zi\u00a0\u00a0trebuie sa cuprinda trei mese principale si doua gustari, conform tipicului clasic al oricarei diete sanatoase. Micul dejun trebuie sa contina un grapefruit, 75 de grame de cereale integrale si o cana de lapte degresat. Gustarea de la ora 10.00 inseamna un mar si doua nuci.\u00a0Masa de pranz trebuie sa contina o bucata de carne slaba la gratar sau peste, nu mai mare de 150-200 de grame, si o portie de fasole verde (200 de grame),\u00a0fiarta la aburi. Foloseste suc de lamaie, cel mult o lingurita de ulei de masline si plante aromatice. Nu folosi deloc sare. In loc de desert o jumatate de grapefruit sau o felie de ananas.<\/p>\n<p>Gustarea de dupa-amiaza inseamna un iaurt simplu, fara grasimi si un fruct (un mar mic sau jumatate de grapefrut), iar cina trebuie sa contina legume verzi (200 de grame), 100 de grame de morcovi fierti, un ou fiert, o lingurita de ulei si un pahar mare cu lapte degresat. Mai poti adauga doua nuci si o felie de ananas. Condimenteaza legumele cu piper, ierburi aromatice sau foloseste suc de lamaie sau otet balsamic. Interdictia la consumul de sare se mentine.
