Inca de atunci, aceasta dieta a avut foarte multi adepti, fiind considerata una dintre cele mai eficiente si sanatoase metode de slabit. Dieta WW este usor de tinut si poate fi adaptata de la persoana la persoana, foarte important fiind faptul ca in cadrul acesteia pot fi consumate aproape orice tip de alimente, in functie de preferintele culinare si bugetul fiecaruia.<br \/>\nDieta se bazeaza pe un sistem de puncte alocate fiecarui aliment\/tip de aliment pe care il consumam. Cu cat alimentul este mai sarac in puncte, cu atat acesta este mai sanatos si poate fi consumat mai mult. In plus, daca faceti \u201eeconomie&#8221; de puncte intr-o zi si adaugati si cateva minute de sport, puteti fi sigure ca veti scapa de kilogramele in plus intr-un timp relativ scurt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Iata cateva din punctele principalelor grupe de alimente:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Fructele<\/strong>\u00a0au in general putine puncte. Ananasul, capsunile sau nectarinele pot fi consumate zilnic deoarece au 0 puncte. Merele, piersicile, zmeura au cate 1 punct. La polul opus, in categoria fructelor cu cele mai multe puncte, se numara migdalele (4 puncte\/30 gr) sau arahidele (4 puncte\/30gr).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legumele<\/strong>\u00a0sunt si ele slabe in puncte, exceptie facand rosiile (2 puncte) sau cartofii (10 puncte). Salata verde, varza, sparanghelul, morcovii sau castravetii pot fi consumate ori de cate ori doriti, acestea avand 0 puncte fiecare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Lactatele<\/strong>\u00a0sunt ceva mai bogate in puncte, insa pentru o alimentatie echilibrata acestea nu trebuie sa lipseasca din dieta voastra. O cana de lapte are 4 puncte, un iaurt cu fructe 3 puncte, iar un triunghi de branza topita are 2 puncte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Carnea<\/strong>\u00a0poate fi si sanatoasa, dar si nesanatoasa, in functie de tipul acesteia, de cantitate si de modul de preparare. Daca o bucata de piept de pui are 3 puncte, pestele in general 2-3 puncte, o singura felie de salam ajunge la 2 puncte, iar un hamburger la 13 puncte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Atentie\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0insa, chiar daca un anumit aliment are putine puncte, sa luam spre exemplu merele, care au 1 punct, nu trebuie ca dieta noastra sa se bazeze numai pe acel aliment. Aceasta dieta este conceputa astfel incat fiecare sa poata consuma cate putin din tot ceea ce ii place, fara excese insa.
