Respectata pentru o perioada de minim doua luni de zile, dieta\u00a0\u00a0Dash a determinat\u00a0 o pierdere constanta in greutate, dar pe langa aceasta imbunatateste in mod radical activitatea cardio-vasculara si aduce in limite normale \u00a0valoarea tensiunii arteriale si constantele importante ale organismului, respectiv colesterol si glicemie.<\/p>\n<p>Spre deosebire de restul dietelor, care la final determina o crestere a nivelului colesterolului in sange, concomitent cu scaderea in greutate, in cazul dietei Dash aceasta problema nu mai exista.<\/p>\n<p>Dash este un acronim, care vine de la &#8220;Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension&#8221; (stil de viata care reduce tensiunea arteriala), principiile alimentare fiind puse la punct de Societatea Canadiana de Nutritie. Mai mult, doar dieta in sine, fara niciun fel de alte medicamente, poate fi considerata un tratament pentru bolile cardio-vasculare.<\/p>\n<p>Dieta se bazeaza pe alimente bogate in fibre, magneziu, potasiu si calciu si recomanda evitarea alimentelor care contin grasimi. In cadrul dietei se consuma in principal alimente bogate in potasiu: banane, portocale, pepene si kiwi, dar si cartofi, evident, altfel decat prajiti, carne\u00a0 salba, peste gras, nuci si\u00a0seminte.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru rezultate optime dieta recomanda doua portii de cereale integrale pe zi (o portie avand 125 grame), 4-5 portii de fructe (o portie constand dintr-un fruct intreg, sau 100 de grame de fruct, daca este vorba despre pepene sau alte fructe mari, sau 200 de mililitri de suc proaspat de fructe) si legume diferite (o portie avand 100-150 de grame de legume crude, preparate la aburi sau la cuptor), si trei produse lactate in fiecare zi (o portie reprezentand 100 de grame de iaurt, o cana cu lapte sau 50 de grame de branza).\u00a0 Dieta impune o singura portie de carne pe zi (pui, vaca sau peste), de maxim 100 de grame si reducerea la minim a grasimilor animale si vegetale la strict doua linguri cu ulei pe zi si 15 grame de grasimi animale. Aportul de grasimi esentiale vine din consumul de nuci si alte seminte, incurajat de dieta.<\/p>\n<p>Dash limiteaza dulciurile, la cinci portii pe saptamana, de maxim 100 de grame fiecare, si reduce consumul de sare la minimum posibil. In\u00a0loc\u00a0de sare esti indemnat sa abuzezi de plante aromate, piper, usturoi si suc de lamaie.<\/p>\n<p>Sunt total contraindicate conservele sau oricare alte produse care au aditivi si exces de sodiu.<\/p>\n<p>Nutritionistii sustin ca dieta Dash ar trebui sa fie stilul de viata al omului modern, pentru ca are marea calitate de a nu produce niciun fel de carente nutritionale in organism.<\/p>\n<div id=\"themify_builder_content-236\" data-postid=\"236\" class=\"themify_builder_content themify_builder_content-236 themify_builder themify_builder_front\">\n\n\t<\/div>\n<!-- \/themify_builder_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dieta Dash, supranumita si dieta care regleaza tensiunea arteriala, este in acelasi timp o dieta care te poate ajuta sa scapi eficient de excesul ponderal.
