Creata de Dr. Michelle Harvie, dieteticiana si de Tony Howell, un profesor de oncologie, ambii cercetatori in cadrul Centrului de Prevenire a cancerului de san, dieta 5:2 a fost creata initial cu scopul de a invinge aceasta boala luptand impotriva kilogramelor in plus. Dar, testand-o, cei doi oameni de stiinta au constatat eficienta sa asupra pierderii in greutate pe termen lung.<\/p>\n<p>Pacientii care au reusit sa respecte 85% din zilele cu restrictii au reusit sa piarda 6 kilograme din care 4,5 kg a reprezentat grasimea. Cu ajutorul acestei diete se pot pierde in jur de 0,5-1,4 kg in prima saptamana si in jur de 5,8 kg in prima luna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce poti manca?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Timp de doua zile consecutiv, femeile au voie sa consume 500 de calorii in timp ce barbatii au voie sa consume 600 de calorii. Poti consuma proteine \u2013 pui, peste, oua si carne slaba \u2013 50g de glucide netransformate\/zi \u2013 fulgi de ovaz, paine integrala, cartofi copti cu coaja, paste obtinute din faina integrala. Poti consuma lactate, unele legume \u2013 sparanghel, brocoli, fasole verde, ridiche, dovlecei \u2013 fructe sarace in glucide (caise, grapefruit, pepene, ananas, capsuni). Este obligatoriu sa consumi 2 litri de apa pe zi. Cafeaua sau ceaiul se va consuma fara zahar. Aceste lucruri sunt primordiale pentru\u00a0 a se evita problemele renale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exemplu de o zi tip<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Micul dejun: paine prajita, cereale, cafea sau ceai.<\/p>\n<p>Gustare: un pahar cu lapte.<\/p>\n<p>Pranz: cartofi copti in coaja cu ton, salata verde.<\/p>\n<p>Gustare: un mar sau un alt fruct din cele enumerate mai sus.<\/p>\n<p>Cina: mancare de mazare, sau orez. Un fruct.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De ce functioneaza?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nu toata lumea reuseste sa se adapteze unor astfel de restrictii. Timp de doua zile, se tine \u02capost\u02ca. Postul presupune sa nu depasesti limita de 500-600 de calorii pe zi. Iata cum poate arata un meniu de \u02capost\u02ca: doua oua fierte la micul dejun, la pranz salata verde si gratar din piept de pui, la cina peste. Se va consuma ori apa, ori cafea neagra, ceai sau lapte, fara zahar.<\/p>\n<p>Succesul acestei diete consta in <strong>atractia din punct de vedere psihologic.<\/strong> Oamenilor este mai usor sa posteasca timp de doua zile stiind ca in urmatoarele cinci pot manca aproape orice. Pierderea in greutate este treptata. Dieta 5:2 este o dieta ieftina deoarece nu presupune consumarea unor alimente scumpe, are rezultate rapide si presupune putine eforturi din partea ta. De aceea, dieta 5:2 este recunoscuta la nivel mondial, avand o multime de adepti, reusind ameliorarea starii de sanatate a persoanelor care o urmeaza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contraindicatii<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dieta 5:2 <strong>nu trebuie urmata de copii, adolescenti, de femeile insarcinate sau de cele care alapteaza.<\/strong> Nu este recomandata persoanelor care sufera de tulburari alimentare sau de depresie.
