Surse de fibre, aceste vegetale sunt extrem de avantajoase din punct de vedere nutritional. Fibrele contin un numar mic de calorii dar contin un numar mare de vitamine si minerale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De ce ar trebui sa urmezi aceasta dieta?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In afara de faptul ca au un aport slab in calorii, fibrele joaca un rol esential in reglarea apetitului si a greutatii corporale. Fibrele faciliteaza tranzitul intestinal. Odata alimentele digerate, acestea accelereaza eliminarea acestora. Stiai ca o alimentatie bogata in fibre dubleaza viteza de lucru a tranzitului?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Care este rolul fibrelor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fibrele detin o functie considerabila asupra apetitului. In stomac, acestea cresc in volum ceea ce confera o senzatie de satietate. Fibrele incetinesc trecerea zaharului in sange, ceea ce face sa nu mai avem pofta de rontait. Fibrele reduc nivelul de grasimi nocive precum colesterolul rau sau trigliceridele din alimente. Sa stii ca fibrele si grasimile se amesteca in bolul alimentar, ceea ce faciliteaza eliminarea lor prin acizii biliari.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unde putem gasi fibrele?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fibrele sunt prezente in toate produsele de origine vegetala precum fructele, legumele si cerealele. Leguminoasele precum lintea, fasolea, mazarea sau soia sunt cele mai bogate alimente in fibre. Alte alimente bogate in fibre sunt urmatoarele: orezul, fructele uscate, nucile, migdalele, maslinele.<\/p>\n<p>In momentul in care iti alegi alimentele care contin fibre cel mai bine este sa le alegi pe cele naturale, nu doar ca sunt extrem de bogate in fibre ci si pentru ca au un continut ridicat de vitamine. Vegetalele cu frunze sunt extrem de bogate in fibre- spanacul, brocoli de exemplu. Fructe precum portocalele, murele sau capsunile pot fi consumate individual.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meniu tip<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Micul dejun<\/strong>: un bol mare cu lapte, fara zahar, cu cereale;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La pranz<\/strong>: o salata asezonata cu vinegreta, un piept de pui la gratar, un pahar de suc natural de lamaie, 1 iaurt si o felie de paine integrala;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gustare<\/strong>: un fruct, un mar de exemplu;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cina<\/strong>: mancare de mazare, branza si o felie de paine integrala;<\/p>\n<p>Daca seara ti se face foame, poti consuma un fruct.<\/p>\n<p>Daca nu esti obisnuita sa consumi fibre cel mai bine este sa le introduci progresiv in alimentatia ta. Astfel, vei evita diareea sau balonarea. Este de preferat sa nu urmezi aceasta dieta pe teremen lung deoarece risti sa provoci daune intestinelor. Daca decizi sa urmezi aceasta dieta pentru a-ti imbunatati tranzitul intestinal ai posibilitatea sa adaugi in meniul de zi cu zi painea integrala, un fruct la desert, o farfurie de cruditati, legume verzi si un iaurt.<\/p>\n<p>Daca esti genul de persoana care simte nevoia unei gustari intre mese ai posibilitatea sa consumi seminte sau alune. Popcornul fara sare, fara unt, cel simplu este o alegere excelenta, contine un numar mare de fibre.
